High-Load Intermodal Logistics Center
Prestressing construction for distribution warehouses 4, 5 and 6 and their floor-level freight routes. The 157,137.27 m² project uses bonded post-tensioned beams across high-load logistics areas, with approximately 600 t of prestressing strand.

Engineering requirements
Distribution warehouses and floor-level freight routes combine heavy loading with wide structural grids. Duct routes, anchorage reinforcement and stressing access require coordination before concrete placement.
Project scope
The work covered tendon profiling, duct and anchorage installation, coordination with beam and slab reinforcement, stressing, grouting and anchorage protection for the bonded post-tensioned beams.
Project application
Bonded post-tensioned beams serve warehouses 4, 5 and 6 and floor-level freight routes, using approximately 600 t of strand and C40 concrete. Site photographs show ducts and anchorage components coordinated with beam and slab reinforcement.
